1.  耐磨性能优异,使用寿命长

        经中南大学粉末冶金研究所测定,特种陶瓷的耐磨性相当于锰钢的266倍,高铬铸铁的171.5倍。根据的现场运行经验,皮带机陶瓷滚筒输送带陶瓷滚筒耐用时间至少5年以上,减少维修频次和费用。

        实践证明,陶瓷滚筒使用寿命是传统包胶滚筒的10倍以上。

2.  摩擦阻力大,不打滑

        传统橡胶防磨层经过一段时间磨损后,表面变得光滑,易造成皮带打滑跑偏。陶瓷片表面有凸点,粗糙度高,陶瓷与皮带相互接触之间摩擦系数大,所以连续作业不易打滑及跑边。

3.  陶瓷粘接牢固

        在施工过程中,用高强度陶瓷金属粘合剂将衬板粘到金属筒体后,相互挤紧,使之没有间隙;同时陶瓷与滚筒接触面有独特的燕尾槽设计,陶瓷与滚筒间粘胶厚度确保1mm以上,粘接剪切强度确保12Mpa以上,确保不发生陶瓷片脱落现象。

       施工工艺成熟、简便、周期短。在钢结构做好后,一个安装工人1天内一般可完成一台陶瓷滚筒包胶的安装,不耽误客户生产,方便用户及时投入生产。
